  
Britax Child Safety, Inc. is the US operation in the Childcare Safety Systems division of Britax International, headquartered in the United Kingdom. Based in the Carolinas, Britax Child Safety, Inc. was founded in 1996. Although we are relatively new to the US, we have been producing child safety products for over 30 years. We have child seat manufacturing and research and development facilities in the UK, Germany, Australia, and the US. We also have sales offices in the Sweden, Finland, France, and the Far East.
It is this depth of experience that helps Britax produce quality child safety restraints ranging from rear-facing infant seats to seat belt positioning boosters for older children.
Britax is the only child seat manufacturer with its own crash test sleds that can certify to global government requirements. We have 4 sleds equipped with the best state-of-the-art technology.
